ABOUT Whole Fit Method
The Whole Fit Method was created slowly over years. Practicing techniques to create a life of sustained fat loss without extremes. Wanting to inspire family to take small steps to overcome habits like relying on processed foods for convenience, I became an advocate for those I love! By sharing simple changes that can stave off diabetes, heart disease and even make us more resilient against cancer, I've been inspired to change as many lives as possible, as if each client is my own family member!

Kat (Registered Nurse) I definitely ate way more veggies. I learned how to incorporate them to enjoy them more. I have a better understanding of serving sizes and nutrition facts and understanding ingredients list. I enjoy preparing my snacks at home. My new favorite is almond flour tortillas in the air fryer! I never liked exercising, now I stretch more often!
I can say Iām definitely healthier and my mind has changed a lot about food.
